30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Limited Warranty


We offer a 30 Day Money back guarantee on all MyoStorm products. At MyoStorm we want to make sure that our products are actually helping you recover. Because every body responds differently to different types of therapy, sometimes one of our products may just not be the right fit. If that is the case we are happy to refund the Meteor at full cost. 


However, in order to be eligible for a full refund the returned Meteor must be in working condition and have no damage outside the scope of our 1 year warranty.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply contact us at support@myostorm.com and let us know that you are hoping to return or replace your items. 


Our customer services representatives may have a few questions regarding the nature of the return but will help walk you through the process.For returns you will be responsible for paying return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that it has been approved. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@myostorm.com. 


1 Year Warranty. Our one year warranty applies only to the Meteor and Meteor 2.0. If the Meteor is defective or damaged through regular use as described in the user manual and quick start guide within 1 year of purchase we will send you a replacement. To begin this process go to our RETURNS PORTAL Once the replacement is initiated we will send you a return shipping label. Upon notification that the defective unit has been shipped we will then send your replacement device. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
